I work with leadership teams to change that.
As a Professional EOS Implementer®, I work with founder-led companies, typically 10 to 250+ employees, to implement EOS®, a practical operating system that creates clarity, accountability, and traction across the business.
Before EOS, I built AP World Marketing into a multimillion dollar consumer products business that generated more than $1B in client retail sales through Costco, Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other major retailers.
I have sat in the seat you are sitting in. I know what it feels like when the business only works because of you, and I know what it takes to build one that can scale beyond you.
I also spent 13 years on the board of EO Los Angeles, including as Chapter President, working alongside founders navigating growth, leadership transitions, and exit planning.
That experience shaped how I think about EOS: not just as a business framework, but as a way to create more freedom, alignment, and optionality for owners.
Over time, I have come to believe the business is not the destination.
It is the vehicle.
