I come from a family of entrepreneurs and have been building businesses for over twenty years. I've been in the trenches, faced the same frustrations you're dealing with right now, and found a way through.
My main business was in consumer products, where I built massive sales channels with some of the world's largest retailers: Costco, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, and Lowe's. Growth was incredible, but it came at a cost. I was buried, with little time for anything outside the business.
Fortunately, a mentor introduced me to EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization), where I spent 13 years, ultimately serving as president of the Los Angeles chapter. Through EO, I noticed something: the companies that were thriving all had something in common. They were running on EOS.
I hired an expert implementer and saw the transformation firsthand. I fell in love with the process and took the leap to help other entrepreneurs get more of what they want from their businesses.
